The location was perfect, just 600 feet from The Rocks, and the staff were friendly and helpful, meeting all my needs for a great stay.

had unforgettable stay in this famous hotel, the staff were dedicated, location was amazing opposite the opera house. could see the harbor perfectly from our well-appointed room. the service was friendly, including lovely breakfasts and a heated pool. location: the property was near to public transport and the sydney neighborhoods and the impeccable restaurant and maid staff.

It has great and brilliant location for visiting a massive steel arched bridge.

The rooms were fashionable and high quality. Central heating, an individual safe, and pay TV were useful. The setting was great and fab, adjacent to numerous restaurants, shopping, and attractions like The Rocks, The Museum of Contemporary Art.

The room had an amazing view of the iconic landmark, which was breathtaking to wake up to. The luxurious bathroom offered exclusive bath salt that was used by top brands. The hotel was in an ideal location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The cost of the room was significantly higher than other comparable hotels in the area. The staff were occasionally lacking in attentiveness and did not offer the warmest welcome.

The hotel surpassed our expectations with amazing customer service and stunning views of the harbor and Opera House. The room was beautifully equipped and the bathrooms were state-of-the-art. The concierge and breakfast staff were excellent, making us feel comfortable and welcome. The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views, and the hotel staff couldn't do enough to assist us.

Staying at this hotel was the most memorable experience I've had in a 5-star establishment. The hotel facilities were impeccable, from the cleanliness of the rooms down to the delicious breakfast served at the sunken restaurant. Moreover, the staff was extremely attentive and accommodating, making me feel like a VIP. Not to mention, the location of the hotel was superb, with unobstructed views of the Opera and easy access to the best restaurants in this city.

The luxurious amenities here are exceptional! the staff service is impeccable and we were treated like royalty. the exclusive spa centre, sauna and rooftop pool with sun loungers provided us a truly relaxing retreat. the massage was heavenly! the room advantages are top, notch with a beautiful view from the balcony and touch lighting and shade controls. the in, room breakfast was delicious and the bar/lounge area served great cocktails. The location advantage in the charming district was perfect for exploring local sites. Cons: While the staff was excellent, we had a minor issue upon check, in with a security deposit being added without our knowledge. it was resolved quickly.
